The SMP Treatment Process

Scalp Micropigmentation involves the precise application of specialist pigment into the upper dermal layer of the scalp. Each deposit is carefully placed to replicate the appearance of a natural hair follicle, with attention given to density, depth, and direction to ensure a result that is consistent and convincing.
Treatment is conducted across a minimum of two to three sessions, each spaced approximately two to four weeks apart. This interval allows the pigment to settle and integrate naturally, with each subsequent session refining and building upon the previous work.
A thorough consultation is conducted to assess your hair loss, discuss your goals, and design a bespoke hairline appropriate to your facial structure and features.
Stage 1 — Initial Consultation
The first session establishes the base layer of pigment, introducing tone and beginning the replication of follicular detail across the treatment area.
Stage 2 — Foundation Session
Further sessions build density and depth, refining the hairline and ensuring a seamless, natural transition across all areas of the scalp.
Stage 3 — Refinement Sessions
Upon completion, a final review is carried out to confirm the result meets the agreed standard. Any refinements required are addressed at this stage.
Stage 4 — Final Assessment
